I have never loved any face wash as much as I love this one. Now when I start a post like this, it must have done me wonders, don’t you think? You think right! And this is one face wash I swear by for my combination/acne prone skin… it does help me rid of the acne..if I stick to one product that is… but because of my blogging passion, I tend to use other products, and my skin has all sorts of acne to deal with! Anyhowws! I fell in love with this baby the first time I ever used it!
Price: INR 400 for 145 ml of product
What the company claims:
Nyassa’s face wash is all you need to return that fresh look all day long. Two key natural ingredient makes sure that your skin not only gets refreshed with every wash but also keeps it germ free and healthy, the natural way. Tea Tree Face wash contains Green Tea Extract and Tea Tree Oil which helps for Skin cleansing and works against acne. Green Tea Extract is known to have deep cleansing properties. Also aids in firm and elastic skin. Tea Tree Oil is highly effective as a natural anti-microbial agent and revitalizer. It keeps your skin germ free and also helps repair dead tissue.
My take on the product:
This face cleanser does wonders with your skin when you use it regularly. The ingredient list makes it an awesome purchase! I was skeptical at first, because it is a tad bit pricey, but with benefits of so many natural oils and ingredients, I didn’t want to think twice! To top it off, the product is free of alcohol, SLS, SLES and parabens. So I instantly hit the “order now” button.
The face wash comes in a transparent pump bottle, which makes it easy to see how much of the product you have used, and when it is the time to repurchase me (trust me you will once you are done with it, cause I for sure will). The sticker in the back gives you all the details of the product and the ingredient list. The shelf life of this product is 18 months from the date of packaging. I bought mine about six months ago, and I think it can still last about a month depending upon the use that is. Sorry about my bottle packaging though, the sticker came off because I held the bottle with wet hands 😛
The see through bottle shows a beautiful green coloured face wash..which has an amazing scent! One squirt suffices for one time wash because the liquid lathers a lot, so you might want to use just one pump! The pump has open/close option, so you can save this product from squirting out, as the close would lock the pump in place. Good for travellers.. they can be at ease that their face wash won’t be all over their toilet bag 😛 .The amazing scent of tea tree oil fills your nostrils.. and it has its calming effects. I love the smell lingers onto your skin for quite sometime, making you feel refreshed!
I never used to experiment with face products as a teen or even later, for the mere fact that I battled with so much acne, and finally getting rid of it was IT. I just stuck to one soap and that’s it. No moisturizers, no extra creams.. nothing on my face. But since I started using Nyassa’s Tea Tree Oil face wash, I am not scared to experiment.. only that when I discontinue using it for a while, I can see that the acne begins to make a reappearance!
Overall Verdict: This is one face wash that has traveled with me everywhere. Yes, I took it even to my vacation because I didn’t want the acne to spoil my pictures :P. It is by far the best face wash that I have ever come across that has helped heal my acne prone skin for the better part of it. I just find it a but pricey, other wise I really have no complains as such with it!
